In 2008 Started as “M V R Brothers Engineering Works” Proprietor concern and engaged in works as sub contractor for supply of labor for various civil and mechanical works awarded from Taher Ali industries pvt ltd, Megha Engineering Infrastructures Ltd and Ayyappa Infra Projects Ltd, G.Shankar, Shankaranarayana Constructions. In 2011 “M V R Brothers Engineering Works” evolved to “M V R Engineering Works” as Partnership firm. In 2014 Started executing various works like fabrication, In lining, guniting, Brush coating, Painting and laying works in new states like Telangana and Karnataka.

In 2014 started execution of fabrication unit with own plant & machinery and materials back to back work awarded by G Shankar for yettinahole Project in Karnataka State.

Our Services

Fabrication of MS Pipe

Unloading and stacking of MS Plates, Marking and edge preparation, Rolling of MS plates, Fit-up shells, Saw welding, Various test like UT, RT and HT, Dispatch to Painting or In-lining and out coating Yard.

Cement Mortar Lining / Sand Blasting & Painting

Applying of the cement mortar inside the pipe by using machine. (or) Conducting Sand blasting for removal of Rust and Dust inside the pipe and Applying 1 coat of Epoxy Primer and two coats of coaltar by using spray painting machine.

Outer Coating (Guniting) / Brush Coating

Welded mesh will be wound over the outer periphery of pipe. Cement mortar (1:3) coating for required thickness (i.e 25 / 30 mm thick) will be done by manual compressor gun or with brush coating machine.

Laying and Jointing

Trenching, Laying and Jointing of MS pipes, Back filling after completion of Hydro testing in the premises of Departmental Authorities.
